Summer, Summer Summer-time! It's Time to Sit Back and Unwind! But first, get ready for the holiday weekend!
With Memorial Day just around the corner and more summer parties to come, chef Lamont Williams, owner of the Newark-based catering business Yums for the Soul, delivers a dynamic, hands-on workshop on all the non-grill items you might bring to the next party. From bruschetta and charcuterie to no-bake desserts and street corn salad, learn some of the concepts and practice some of the skills that could make your contribution the food that everyone can't stop talking about! This hands-on workshop will give you the opportunity to take some turns as chef and also sample some delicious foods!
