Digital Literacy: Using Technology to Enhance Participation in Daily Living 

This beginner class will cover foundational skill sets to build knowledge in the use of computers, smartphones, and technology devices in order to enhance skills for independent living. Topics may include, but are not limited to, computer basics for job readiness, social media basics for social connectedness, texting and emailing to enhance communication, and technology basics for health monitoring. Topics are chosen by community members, so come ready to engage and participate in these workshops tailored for community members of Newark!

There will also be a "Tech Tips" drop-in hour each Monday and Wednesday with the community technology navigator to help you with any technology or digital literacy questions you may have.
